Our story
Conrad founded CDL Construct in 1970 with a small crew building homes around Andover, MA. The company soon grew into commercial construction, starting with telecommunications projects. Over the years, Conrad's experience expanded to the point where CDL can take on almost any type of project, from custom homes and ADUs to commercial buildings and site work.
Today that work includes bank branches, restaurants, condominium buildings and warehouse fit-outs, along with the excavation and site work that goes under all of it. We're based in Kensington, NH, and build across Seacoast New Hampshire, Southern Maine and Northeastern Massachusetts.
What hasn't changed is how we work: plan it properly, keep the customer in the loop, and don't leave until it's right.
Who we are
The People on Your Job
Conrad Delisio
Founder / Owner
Conrad has more than 50 years running construction projects across the Seacoast. He handles estimating, planning and permits, and he's on every job from the first site walk to the final punch list. Customers mention his communication in almost every review.
Ari Delisio
Owner / Operator
As owner and operator, Ari is on site running the crew and the machines. Ari knew from a young age that construction was all he wanted to do. He takes real pride in building things the right way, and nothing beats watching a project rise from the ground up and knowing he had a hand in every stage of it. That same care for quality goes into every CDL job he runs.
The Crew
Our crew and operators run our own excavators, dozers and track loaders, and they take pride in leaving every job site clean at the end of the day.
How We Work
How We Work
Planned before we start. Scope, engineering, permits and pricing are worked out up front, so there are fewer surprises once work begins.
Our own machines and crew. Site work, foundations and framing are done by the same company, on one schedule.
Straight answers. Itemized proposals, regular updates, and the owners are a phone call away.
Safe, clean job sites. OSHA-certified subcontractors, and the site is cleaned up at the end of each day.
